Jatis Mobile adalah perusahaan IT Solution dan Services yang memiliki fokus utama di messaging solutions dengan client yang sudah mencapai lebih dari 500 di berbagai sektor industri.
Saat ini Jatis Mobile sedang membutuhkan tim untuk mengisi posisi Client Relationship Specialist (Business Development B2B) dengan sistem kerja Hybrid di Mampang, Jakarta Selatan.
Job Descriptions:
> Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
> Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. > Provide exceptional support and service to clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our product (e.g . messaging solution, chatbot, etc) > Assist clients with technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
> Oversee client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and clients are satisfied with our services.
> Monitor client account health and proactively address any potential issues or areas for improvement.
> Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and expand our services within existing accounts.
> Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
Requierements:
> Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
> At least 1+ years of working experience in the customer relation or sales.
Required Skill(s): Account Management (Managing existing clients) and little bit experience in acquisition of New Clients.
> Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor).
> Have good Bahasa Indonesia (Oral and written) and English (minimum passive).
> Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
> Having experience in the IT Industry will be preferred.
> Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
> Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
