TRIPATRA (member of Indika Energy Group) is looking for a "Talent Acquisition Coordinator" - Contract Based: 12 Months.
Main Purpose of the job:
Support Talent Acquisition initiatives/programs and manage the deliverables in line with company objective in fulfillment of the MPP (Man Power Plan) as per required with unlimited to lead hiring, to source, identify and select qualified candidates.
Main duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct sourcing, screening, selection, and placement to fulfill the personnel requirement as on MPP (Man Power Plan), based on requirement qualifications using various sources.
- Conduct interview candidates, provide necessary assessments and background checks for KeyPositions
- Manage TA monthly progress report and submit to either the Head of and also to the project and follow up until the project completed
- Ensure New Employee administration in the system.
- Update policy and procedure in line with company needs and requirements
- Ensure all activities in Talent Acquisition are within budget, as scheduled and as per requirement.
- Handle salary negotiations for all required positions and up to finalization process
- Support Performance Management activities
- Support Talent management activities
- Ad hoc assignment
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Talent Acquisition, specific in Oil & Gas or EPC industry would be an advantage.
- Has strong persuasive communication skills, strong negotiation skills and good managing stakeholders. Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Able to work independently or within the team, high initiative, able to cope with high pace working conditions.
