Position: Customer Success Manager - CPaaS AI
Working Arrangement: WFA
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement personalized onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of the CPaaS product.
2. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
3. Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations to improve risk management and operational efficiency using the CPaaS product.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, staying updated on industry trends and advancements in the CPaaS space, and proactively sharing relevant insights.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies to showcase the value of the CPaaS solution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager within the technology or SaaS industry.
3. In-depth understanding of CPaaS or related communication technologies
4. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients' business objectives and align them with the CPaaS solution.
5. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer success tools to manage client interactions and track progress.
6. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in the CPaaS and communication technology space.
